PROBLEM

A pre-launch music platform had engineering-built UI with no design coherence — inconsistent spacing, three different button styles, and brand identity that didn't translate to mobile.

SOLUTION

Full design system from scratch: tokens, component library, motion guidelines, and a complete redesign of their iOS and Android apps. Delivered as Figma + code.

OUTCOME

Shipped to beta in 8 weeks. Design cohesion score (internal audit) went from 42% to 97%. Beta retention doubled vs. the old build.
